processing times
Our handcrafted company strives to process and ship orders promptly, yet larger orders and high-volume seasons may impact turnaround times. If your order cannot be shipped within 7-10 business days, we’ll notify you promptly.
SHIPPING
Shipping can vary, and we always do our best to package our products safely and in the most efficient manner. Charges are calculated at the time of shipment. If you would like an estimate before you place your order, you can contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
RETURNS & DAMAGES
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. We meticulously review all orders before packing and shipping to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition. Should any damage occur during shipment, kindly reach out to us within 3 days of delivery.
Typically, carriers attempt delivery three times before returning items. Should a return occur due to refusal, merchandise will not be credited without prior authorization from our customer service team. If you receive incorrect items, please contact customer service for assistance.
No merchandise can be returned without proper authorization. A 20% stocking fee will apply.

AMAZON, E-BAY, ETSY, etc: Sellers are prohibited from listing our Scents by the Bay products on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and similar websites. This measure is aimed at safeguarding our brand integrity and supporting our authorized retailers. Violators will incur fines and the termination of their wholesale accounts.

- COOKIES: When you visit our login page, a temporary cookie checks if your browser accepts cookies; it’s discarded when you close the browser. Upon login, cookies save your login info and screen preferences. Login cookies last two days, screen options cookies last a year. Opting for “Remember Me” keeps your login for two weeks; logging out removes login cookies.
